Freebird Trade, which is the trade arm of Freebird Interiors, have partnered up with Customspace to produce a custom shaker door configurator for their trade customers.

Specifications:
Primary Material and Thickness
Finsa Fibrapan Hidrofugo (High Grade Moisture Resistant MDF), 22mm thick.
Panel Options
12mm hidrofugo panel, 8mm setback from front
or
18mm pressed reeded MDF panel, 2mm setback from front
Construction Method
Solid routed rebated frame; panels inserted from rear; parts supplied raw for you to assemble and finish how you choose. Inner corners have 2.5mm radiuses, but you can choose to manually square them at the front prior to assembly.

Hinge Drilling
We can drill 35mm ø hinge cup holes for Blum pattern hinges. They will be 13mm deep, 5mm gap away from the door edge (ie 22.5mm to hole centre). You can choose between standard screwed bosses (screw tip marks only), or 'Inserta' style holes.
Additional Information
These doors are for trade only. It is up to you to work out your own design choose your own door gaps and establish your exact door sizes. We will not advise on design. The doors are supplied as raw mdf components we do not currently offer them assembled, sanded or painted.
However, we have many plans to grow the service, to include offering fretwork styles, so keep checking back!
Delivery
It will be most cost effective for you to collect the doors from our workshop (address below ), But we do also offer a nationwide delivery service with our own van and driver. Please inquire for a quote, which will be additional to the door prices generated by the configurator.
